I’m Ajani Griffith — a multimedia producer, speaker, and creative entrepreneur helping artists and storytellers win in the music industry.

I started out like a lot of indie creatives — with a camera, a laptop, and a big dream. Over the past decade, I’ve built a career behind the scenes, working with major brands like Universal Music Group, Warner Music, and a range of independent artists. But my real passion? Empowering the next generation of creators to own their voice, their content, and their careers.

Through my company, Ajani Media, I produce digital content that helps brands and artists tell stories that matter — from music videos and short documentaries to branded podcasts and online workshops.

In 2023, I launched Music Biz Club, a community-powered series of events, talks, and workshops built to educate and connect people in the business of music. Whether it’s through our YouTube vlogs, live mixers, or online meetups, the mission stays the same: give creatives real tools, real game, and real access.

I’ve spoken at TEDx, led workshops at schools and tech campuses, and interviewed some of the most inspiring voices in entertainment. But I’m still just getting started.
