My team at Ajani Media are currently designing new merch–t-shirts, hats, pins, etc. While we spend time developing these new items, we’ve got a new product ready to launch this summer:
The official Music Biz coffee mugs–crafted with a bamboo lid and handle, which comes in either black or white.
For $20 each, you’ll have a beautiful coffee mug to drink from any time of day. Currently, these items are on pre-sale. We’re in the process of producing hundreds of these items.
We’re opening to pre-sale orders. If you make an order before June 20th, 2020, you’ll receive a limited edition Music Biz pin as a free bonus.
More importantly, purchasing this mug is more than buying merch for a podcast brand. It will help our cause in developing music communities across the US and the world through music education.
What’s the story behind the Music Biz Podcast?
Music is an art that allows us to tell stories. It can sway our emotions. Evoke memories of the past. Inspire us to take action toward a cause or an ambition.
It also has a tremendous impact on our daily lives as humans. We listen to music while at home cooking, driving to work, or exercising. Cultural festivals like Diwali have been celebrated using music for thousands of years.
Music is an important art form that influences our social world and humanity. Therefore, it is imperative to celebrate and support the people who create it.
In 2019 I started a podcast called the Music Biz Club. Its goal is to educate the new generation of musicians about the music business.
We invite industry thought leaders to share perspectives on their successes and how they made it.
Our past interviewees and collaborators have included Grammy award winners and nominees, media personalities, educators, platinum-selling artists, and music entrepreneurs such as Marlow Rosado, Edwin Cox, Dj Mad Linx, Abebe Lewis, Phil Good, and many others.
One cool thing that we do is host events at expos and evening parties. Our goal is to bring local music communities in one room to network with one another.
Not only do they get to have fun, but they get to interact with music thought leaders while we host panels and live recordings of our podcast.
